Internship – Legal Department

In this challenging role based in Zug, Switzerland, you will be responsible for reviewing Capital Dynamics’ existing partnership agreements and summarizing their content in an internal database. Capital Dynamics manages and has advised on a combined total exceeding USD 21 billion in private equity and real estate funds.
As a candidate for this internship you have successfully mastered four semesters of legal studies and have a strong interest in contact law. You are Fluent in English (both oral and written) and have advanced skills in MS Office applications. Your analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to handle a heavy workload within a given timeframe complete your profile.
